Eleanor Worthington Prize 2021. Art exhibition @ York Explore Reading Cafe

A selection of artwork submitted for the Eleanor Worthington Prize 2021, themed "Disability and Technological Innovation."

The Eleanor Worthington Prize 2021, is open to students of Art Schools at the tertiary level in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Using the language of the visual arts, the Prize aims to raise awareness of disabilities and promote reflection on social inclusion.

The Prize, now in its ninth year, is in memory of Eleanor, a severely disabled Anglo-Italian young person who, despite her many difficulties, always found joy in life.

Exhibited for York Disability Week, a week-long celebration of the United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the promotion of an Equal, Inclusive and Accessible York.
